International Shipping​

  • Delivery time: 4–5 business days.

  • International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Please note that for countries outside the European Union, customs duties or VAT may apply according to local regulations.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

To be eligible for the exchange/return option, you must submit your request through the Contact page form or by e-mail at support@mihlyuz.com.

We offer:

  • exchange for another item

  • refund of the purchase amount

MIHLYUZ Ltd. informs you that you can exchange (or return) an item within 14 days after receiving it.
To validate this option, the customer must contact us through the Contact page form or via the provided e-mail.

MIHLYUZ Ltd. informs its customers that within 14 days from the date of receipt, purchased goods can be exchanged, provided that they have not been used, have no external odors (such as cream or perfume), and are returned with intact packaging and label.
MIHLYUZ Ltd. reserves the right not to accept returned products that do not meet the specified conditions.
